Mono support priority?

Ok folks,

Because PN264 is in such an early development stage, it hasn't really been tested on Mono+Linux or really any other non-Windows+Microsoft .NET system. As I understand, there are a fair number of people that use *nix systems for home theater PCs and related, but I'm not sure how much they'd benefit from PN264 with Mono support.

Full Mono support is a definate goal of the project, but as I only have computers running Windows at my immediate disposal, I've only been testing on Windows.

What I need:

  • If you would like to run PN264 to do distributed encoding on machines running Linux/Mono, please say so.
  • If you would like to help PN264 achieve full Mono support, and are willing and able to periodically test out new builds of PN264, please say so.

I'm going to have to assume that Mono support is not an immediate priority if I get little feedback on the subject.
